EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Michael Cardillo – President and Founder
Michael has been in the environmental and industrial service all of his adult life. For over twenty years he has been engaged in almost all facets of the business and worked for both large national companies as well as local firms. Starting at Conservation Services, Inc., Cardillo worked his way up to Project Manager and was eventually in charge of all aspects of major projects, including federal superfund site clean ups. Before founding REGS in 1994, he also worked in managerial positions at both OHM and Advanced Environmental Engineering. His diverse and extensive hands-on experience in the industry has spanned from waste brokering to emergency response team management. This vast and collective expertise gave rise to the formation of REGS and the proprietary non-entry tank cleaning system that remains at the core of REGS’ success today.

John Combs – Vice President and General Legal Counsel
In 1980 he received his BA degree from the University of Colorado where he received numerous honors, including being selected as CU Rhodes Scholarship representative and Mortar Board Honor Society President. After earning his JD degree from Duke University School of Law in 1983, Mr. Combs first worked as an associate in a large downtown Los Angles law firm, but eventually established his own highly successful litigation firm specializing in corporate maintenance, international finance, and business litigation. John joined REGS in early 2004, and, along with Mr. Cardillo, has been a primary driving force in REGS’ business expansion and diversification of services offered to customers.
