REGS is breaking ground on its newest Railcar and Tanker cleaning facility. The facility is located in Owasso, Oklahoma near Tulsa. Concrete containment and site improvements are scheduled for completion in November 2006. The four-acre facility, served by a SKOL Shortline Railroad, can store over 180 railcars and has the capacity to hold 15 railcars within the designated cleaning area. The facility will be equipped with a closed-loop cleaning system designed to flush the railcars with heated cutter stock.

The facility will have the same cleaning capabilities as REGS’ facility in Commerce City, Colorado. REGS anticipates cleaning various hydrocarbon containing railcars such as asphalt, crude oil, and various fuel oils. In addition the facility will be setup to effectively clean railcars containing commodities such as magnesium chloride, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, dry food grade powders, and many other chemicals.

REGS is very excited to bring this facility online and has already started lining up various clients who are also excited to have access to a quality cleaning facility at the new location. REGS will use the Owasso facility as a springboard to establish a full-service tank cleaning, industrial service, and dewatering service office. The development of the new facility and office in the Tulsa area is a logical step due to the numerous refineries and industries in close proximity. The office will allow REGS to better serve existing clients in the area and allow the Company to expand into new markets.
